1. Locate your encounter on the WorkFlow portal
2. Click on the location
3. Once you have selected the location, direct your eyes to the bottom of the screen to "Enter Translation Room"
4. From here select the language you would like to translate to.
5. When using the translation tool you can use your microphone to live translate or you can select the more common phrases used during a normal exam.
Note: Please notify the patient to allow the system a moment to process and translate the desired speech
6. To stop translation if a incorrect phrase is clicked or the conclusion of the exam has been reached select the "Stop Translation" button
