How to enable EyefinityEHR Equipment Interface

At time of writing, 20/20NOW does not directly utilize EyefinityEHR or any of its associated components.  However, some practices use it in office for local exams.  This guide explains how to set up the application to receive data from Marco RT refraction systems.  This application replaces MarcoConnect.

1. Open the application on the refraction PC.

2. Highlight the Marco phoropter in the list and choose Edit.

3. Set the following settings:

Use Serial Port/Marco Connect toggle: Use Serial Port
Select COM Port: The COM port assigned to the data (as opposed to phoropter control) connection for the RT Control Box. (This will be the same as the value normally entered into Marco Connect.)
Select Baud Rate: 2400

4. Press Save to complete the process.
