Zoom phone instructions

Using the phone is as easy as clicking on the phone button icon on the top of your zoom chat client.

Once in phone, you will see 4 tabs along with a number pad to place calls

Call history, voicemail, lines (don’t worry about this one), and SMS (Yes, you can text from here). All of these are pretty self-explanatory.

Click on the voicemail tab to view and listen to voicemail. There is a transcription of the VM message if you click on it.
