Optech

There are many components to a 20/20NOW Eye Exams and different departments that work behind the scenes to help you achieve success.  This article describes the Department's and provides the best contact methods.  Overall it is best to contact the department and not an individual member of the department.  If you reach out to someone individually they may be on PTO, in a meeting, or working on a special project and you may not get a quick response.

There are 3 ways to contact your IT department

  • For emergent or catastrophic equipment or internet issues use the Chat Widget in Workflow.
  • Phone Number: 646-453-2979
  • Email:  Itsupport@for2020now.com

? Look at the 20/20NOW mousepad - it has this information listed!

Examples of reason you need to contact the 20/20NOW IT Department:

Step 1: Log into Workflow

On the top right click the word "Intranet"

Scroll down and click the icon entitled "Request Remote Training under the Clinical Grouping

A simple form will appear in a new tab.  Fill out the form with the necessary information.   A member of the remote training team will reach out to you to schedule the remote training.

Clinical Staff, Doctors, Quality Control

To reach the clinical leadership team you can email Clinical@for2020now.com.

Insurance and Credentialing

There are a few ways to reach the Insurance and Credentialing departments: The Intranet and email.

Email: providers@for2020now.com

Step 1: Log into Workflow

On the top right click the word "Intranet"

In the Intranet scroll down to the Revolution Insurance section for the various icons.

The "Ask a Question" icon is the best way to reach the RCM Billing department.  Reaching out to individual RCM members may delay your response as they may be in meetings or working on special projects.
