How to Delete Images from an Encounter

Whoops!  You accidentally added the wrong photo or duplicate photos in a patient's encounter.   Below are the instructions on deleting an image from an Encounter.  

Delete Images from an Encounter

First, go to the encounter image section you need to delete.   On the right side of the Diagnostics section, click the "Imaging" button (as you normally would to add an Image)

A pop up window will appear.  Scroll DOWN in the pop up to select the checkbox of the images that you want to remove.  

⭐ Do NOT click on the red "Delete Selected" button on the top.
