Step 1 please verify monitor is plugged into a secure and reliable power source on both ends of the cable.
Cable should match the plug circled in image 1 and go into the slot located in the circle on image 2, the 3 prong cable will either go into a surge protector or directly into the wall. When monitor is powered on you should see a blue light in the bottom right corner of the monitor, light will be in the area circled on the image below.
Step 3 If the power has been verified on the monitor the next step will be making sure the HDMI cables are inserted correctly and functioning properly, to check this unplug and replug the cable into the USB/HDMI hub.
