Cable legend

When some hardware related issues come up sometimes you will need to unplug and replug a cable. All cables that are plugged into the back of the computer are labeled.

MS - Mouse

KB - Keyboard

SP - Speaker phone

WC - Webcam

LM - Lensometer

AM - Admin monitor

VM- Video monitor

EM - Exam monitor (MC-4s) / AC - Acuity Chart

PW - Power

RC - Retinal camera

DR – Digital phoropter

AR - Auto refractor

BC - Barcode scanner

SL – Slit Lamp

IN – Internet – Ethernet cable from Internet source to router

WAP – Ethernet cable to Wireless access point (if necessary)

SW – Ethernet cable to internet switch (if necessary)

PC – Ethernet cable to PC

PR – Printer
