Contacting IT

Our IT Support Staff will continuously monitor all forms of communication, email, phone, and workflow chat for new issues. You must utilize the right form of communication depending on the priority of your issue. 


Please carefully read the priority guidelines below to understand which form of communication best suits your needs.

 

Incident Priority


Critical - The patient CANNOT be processed and is currently waiting for an exam or prescription. 


Contact the support center via workflow chat.

High - Business is impacted but patients CAN be processed.


Create a ticket by emailing itsupport@for2020now.com. Include your store number (DSXXXXXXX) in the subject when submitting the ticket. Describe the problem, specify which piece(s) of equipment are involved, and share any error messages displayed. 


If you do not receive a response within 1 hour, please call the support number (646)-453-2979 directly for a follow-up status.

Low  - Business is NOT impacted and patients CAN be processed.

If you do not receive a response within 3 hours, please call the support number (646)-453-2979 directly for a follow-up status.
