Slit lamp Disconnected

The most reliable way to get your slit lamp reconnected is to unplug and replug a few cables. The first set of cables are the gray ones at the base of the slit lamp (marked with a number 1 in the picture). That usually does the trick. Once you have unplugged and replugged them, give Mediview about ten seconds to try connecting again. If not, try the same unplug/replug maneuver with the short black cable at the base of the camera unit (marked with a number 2 in the picture).

If both of those do not work, there is a cable labeled "SL" on the back of your pc. Unplug/replug that one.

You may need to restart the Mediview software after each unplug/replug attempt.
