Eyelogic not pulling up patient

If you can't find your most recent patient in eyelogic, simply type the  ENCOUNTER number (not patient number) into the "patient ID" input field and enter the patient's date of birth. Then click accept. As long as these two pieces of data are there, the rx will make its way to the patient's chart with no issues.
