Sending an Encrypted Email

If you have an email that needs to be sent out that contains any PHI or any other sensitive information you must encrypt it. When sending an email put the word “SECURE” in the subject along with any other information you need to write. After that the email will be sent encrypted. 

Reporting Phishing Emails

Companies are always vulnerable to phishing attacks. If you ever receive an email from an unusual source, or with an unusual request that you don’t trust. Please report the email by clicking on the “Phish Alert” button within outlook.
