View and Download Doctor's License

State law requires a copy of each doctor's license to be displayed on-site in the exam lane.  Copies of each of the licenses are stored in Workflow.   Once you download each license, place them in an individual photo frame or a rotating flip frame.  Occasionally the board of Optometry may visit a location and demand to see the licenses are displayed.

Step 1: Login to Workflow

On the top right menu you will see tect labeled "Doctors Licenses".  CLick on the link. 

A list of each doctor licensed in your state will appear.  

Click once on the doctors name.  The license will automatically download. 

Open your download folder or click on the download column on the top right of your open internet browser.  Print the license to your normal printer.  It does not need to be in color.
