Step 1 : If your audio isnt working the first thing you want to verify is if the PC's volume is muted on the device itself.
If mute button is enabled, click the icon displayed in the image above.
Once the window in the image below populates click the icon marked 1, once clicked the icon marked 2 should have sound waves visible.
Step 2. If the steps in step 1 still don't correct the audio issue.
Please navigate to the back of the PC tower and locate the cable labeled 'SP"
⭐ Note: if the cables are not labeled you will have to unplug each cable 1 by 1 until you locate the cable connected to the speaker or alternatively you can trace the cable going from the speaker to the PC and unplug and replug that cable alone.
Step 3
If the steps in step 1 and 2 didn't work in resolving the audio issue, please check if the speaker is turned on and also verify the battery level of the speaker
