Making test invoice on Revolution.

How to make a test invoice on Revolution


First 


  1. Log into Revolution and go to Patients tab on the Top
  2. Search "Test" and a bunch of test patients will appear, select confirmed test patient
    • Test, Aide is used as its a confirmed test patient
  3. On the left hand side under Menu, select account
  4. Then on top right side select Patient Invoice, press skip 
  5. Once in the patient invoice select the three dots next to Discount Items and press Add Adhoc
    • Create as it appears below for penny charge
  6. Once created, on the top left switch it from Pending to Authorized
  7. Select receive, Enter information as below
    1. Amount on invoice
    2. Select correct location of test    
    3. Select Credit Card on dropdown
    4. Select Reader and Card Reader will populate
    5. Select the invoice 
    6. Select process payment and receipt 
  8.     It will show Tap/Swipe/Insert on Card Reader, process payment as normal
