Error on intake form

This usually happens when there is more than one EMR tab open. Make sure you only have one EMR tab open and try again. When re-trying the intake, go back to the "start new intake" screen, enter the patient's first and last name then click "apply". The DOB is not necessary for searching. There should be at least one search result returned and the word "draft" in the status column. Click this search result and then click "continue with selected patient" at the bottom of the page. Do NOT register the same patient as a new patient again when retrying an intake, it will create a duplicate account for the same person and create lots of confusion and difficulty in managing their medical records.
