How to to sign up an intake for follow up encounter

1. Select the "Start New Intake" option at the very top of the screen

2. After inputting all information direct attention to the "Start Intake" section and select "Exam Type" drop down, select the exam type that correlates to the CURRENT exam.

3. Click the " Continue with selected patient" button at the very bottom

4. After all steps have been followed, all previous exams will now be linked to the current exam

NOTE : all information entered for the recheck will reflect the previous exam, it will be greyed out because the information has NOT been validated today.
