Doctor cant sign contacts RX

If Dr cannot signoff on a CL Px make sure the type is set to any other option besides "Contacts W" IE: Distance, Distance + Computer, ETC.

To get to this tab

1. Enter EMR portal

2. Type in the Enc # located on the left side of the home screen

3. Click the Enc # again at the bottom once the search completes

4. Click the Contacts Tab

5. Scroll down until you see "Type" located on the midsection of the left side of the screen

Following the completion of all these steps Dr will now be able to sign this Px.
