1. Once entered into chart direct your attention to the '' Refractive Info '' section
2. Under ''wearing" in the "Contacts" section you will see an option at the bottom that says "Attach videos"
3. When you select this option, you will see some video options to choose from (if you have not taken the videos and exported there will not be any videos to choose from. ( If you have taken the videos and exported, please reach out to IT via WF chat to get this issue resolved. )
4. Select the video's that apply to the current patient and then hit the "imported images" button
5. Finally this is what your chart should reflect after videos have been attached to the current pts charts
