Step 1: Check to verify if the chart is signed ( "Sign" icon will only be visible to Remote techs/Doctors/ IT ) *note ONLY Doctors can sign off on any charts*

Step 2 : Once chart has been signed by the assigned chart doctor the "email" icon displayed in the image below will be visible
Step 3 : If the chart is signed and the "Email" icon is still not showing you will need to check the "Pt' tab and verify a valid email is entered into the email field.
Once email is entered into this field and saved you will be able to email the patient record to the patient.
⭐ To verify the email was sent successfully, after sent the email box will turn green to indicate it was sent. If user is still not receiving email verify the inputted email address as well as check all mailboxes ie; Archive, Spam, Junk, ETC. If email is still not being received contact 2020 IT Support at ITSupport@for2020now.com
