Step 1 - Hit the export option at the bottom of your settings options for your VX120
Navigate to the "Export Data" tab - verify your settings match what is displayed in the image below
Step 2 - Navigate to the "Automatic Actions" tab and verify your settings match what is displayed in the image below

⭐ Note: If settings all match and data is still not being transferred over into your chart, please let us know in your WorkFlow live chat immediately. Please verify ALL settings are matching before reaching out to IT support.
