How to fix a VX650 that is not exporting results
Sometimes the Visionix VX650 on version 3.4 generates a corrupt ZIP file, and this prevents the VX650-pic-finder.exe application from functioning. This guide explains how to fix that issue.
Remove the offending file
To fix, remove and delete the faulty ZIP file.
1. Navigate to: C:\!2020NOW\!EMRify-Pre-VX120. (Press the Windows key to reveal the Start Menu.)
2. Remove the ZIP file from the directory and delete it.
3. Re-export the test in question.
In the VX650 application, find the test you wish to re-send, load it, and export again using the default settings. This time, the file will be parsed.
